Duties and Responsibilities

· Accounts preparation/ statutory accounts/ Data Entry

· Responsible for accounts receivable management (summary/detailed/aging)

· Responsible for accounts payable management (summary/detailed/aging)

· Generate reports like inventory and commission reports

· Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation

· Accounting system setup on new and existing companies

· Prepare customized financial statements as requested.

· Implement record keeping and accounting procedures

· Perform miscellaneous accounting and administration functions


Skills and Educational Requirements

· Associates or Bachelors degree

· 2 to 4 years experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting field

· Familiar with MS word, Excel, Quickbooks or similar accounting software.

· Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, banking and analysis and reporting of financial data

· Ability to operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information

· Ability to do debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software.

· Ability to do financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, equity, and principal

· Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide quickly and correctly

· Ability to choose right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem

· Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

· Knowledge of compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, and verifying information or data.

· Ability to communicate with clients through email, chat and phone

Quality Control Manager

Sr. Accountant who has passed CPA Exam who would be responsible for managing and auditing the activities of several bookkeepers and accountants. We are looking for self-motivated candidates, who can provide superior and responsive professional services for clients on a telecommuting basis. This is key management position that reports directly to the managing partners. Candidates for consideration must satisfy all of the following:


· CPA,. enrolled agent or Sr. Account who has passed CPA exam

· Extensive knowledge in accounting and tax for businesses in the under $20M market

· 6- 9 years public accounting experience

· 3-5 years supervisory experience

· Strong experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting software packages.

· Tax preparation and planning experience for business entities .

· Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly and monthly priorities

· High degree of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office, and specifically Outlook

· Excellent written and oral communication skills


Home office environment including: Windows XP or higher, and broadband internet access (DSL or Cable ONLY. Satellite not qualified.)

· Develop policies and procedures as it relates to client service

· Ongoing phone consultations with client base.

Client Implementation Specialist

TaxTalkOnline, the Premier Outsourcer for bookkeeping accounting and tax preparation services, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on a lead bookkeeper/client implementation specialist position.

 This key position is responsible for orchestrating and implementing the new client process, and will be the primary contact with new clients as we transition their accounting functions to our services.  The person will be the primary bookkeeper for the initial transfer period before transitioning the work to one of our qualified bookkeepers. 

 The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

 · Senior Level (3-5 years) Bookkeeping experience, with extensive Quickbooks and Microsoft Outlook knowledge.

· Friendly, outgoing personality, and enjoys interacting and meeting new people via telephone.

· Extremely organized and proactive individual, who takes initiative and has strong delegation skills.

· Team oriented individual who enjoys working with others in a telecommuting environment.

Outside Salesperson

Experienced, upbeat individual to give presentations for outsourced bookkeeping and controllership services. In addition to visiting prospects produced by the appointment-setting department, this position also solicits new clients around existing clients’ and prospects’ locations. The salesperson would function as a communications link to increase service to clients and obtain referrals. This individual would also manage the supply of business information and lists for the inside marketing department.

Outside Salesperson requirements:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Some evenings and Saturdays

Knowledge of QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software.
