Are you an Accounting, Bookkeeping or CPA firm that has some under utilization of employees? If so, TaxTalkOnline would like to speak with you. We are interesting in purchasing part of your employee’s time on a regular basis.

How does our affiliation program work?  All Accounting, Bookkeeping or CPA Firms in the market today have employees that they have hired and have them doing work but when you compare the amount of work that they are doing versus the amount of work they could be doing they are considered to be under utilized. For example, a CPA firm who specializes in audits, forensic accounting and taxes hires a bookkeeper because they have some light accounting needs.  Over-time the business direction shifts and they really don’t have enough work to keep these employees fully utilized so the firm begins to have the bookkeeper do “Other Duties” outside of there principle area.  Of course these duties need to be done but they could really be done by someone with different skills.  Either event, what TaxTalkOnline does is we help your Accounting, Bookkeeping or CPA firm identify these individuals and how much under utilization they might have (I.e 10, 20, 30, 40%) of their time.  We then offer your firm a set dollar amount for this under utilization time and pay the firm on a monthly basis on whether or not we use the individual.

How does TaxTalkOnline use an employee of an Accounting, Bookkeeping or CPA Firm?  We have a complex backend ERP and CRM system that drives the scheduling, assignment and bookkeeping/accounting work products.  This technology allows our firm to be unobtrusive to your firm and the employee.  For example, if TaxTalkOnline where to purchase 10 hours a month of your bookkeepers time we would then send them an email saying that they have been assigned “x” type of work and we expect that it could be completed in “y” number of hours and it must be done by “z” date.  They then need to figure out when to add the work-load into there business schedule without it impacting or interfering with their current responsibilities. All the work is done via intranet.  Basically, the employee uses the web to get to the TaxTalkOnline intranet.  They login, accept the work assignment and then the system manages there time, scheduling, and all work products.  When they are completed they logout.  Yes, it really is that simple for the worker and for the owner. Then on a monthly basis TaxTalkOnline forwards payment to the owner for the hours utilized by their employees.  Basically another avenue for firms to make money and get full utilization out of their employees.

What happens if as an Owner determines that the Utilization of their employee needs to change?  If at anytime an owner wants to discontinue or temporarily suspend employee affiliations because of utilization changes this is not a problem for TaxTalkOnline. Just let us know as soon as you know.  We Understand Business Changes. Count On Us!
